REGISTRATION

The conference registration will open in October 2026. Presenting authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation are required to register by December 22, 2026.

For information on passport and visa requirements as well as the Schengen area regulations, please visit the Icelandic Directorate of Immigration: www.utl.is/english.

If you require a visa letter from the conference you may request an official invitation letter from the conference organizers after you have completed your conference registration and fully paid the registration fee. The invitation letter can be used as supporting documentation when applying for a visa through the relevant authorities. If a participant's visa application is denied, the conference registration fee will be fully refunded.
