Abstracts are submitted directly through the Oxford Abstracts through a guided submission form. If you do not have an Oxford Abstracts account, you will have the opportunity to create one. Acceptance notices will be sent to authors end of November 2026.

Key Abstract Instructions

  • Abstract type (Clinical vs Preclinical), Primary review category and Keywords will be used for aligning abstracts within the final program and assigning reviewers.

  • The abstract body is limited to total 500 words. You may upload one table/figure as an attachment. Table/Figure caption will contribute to the Word limit. The abstract is structured and should include the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Table /Figure (optional)

Registration and Visas

The conference registration will open in October 2026. Presenting authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation are required to register by December 22, 2026.

If you require a visa letter from the conference you may request an official invitation letter from the conference organizers after you have completed your conference registration and fully paid the registration fee. The invitation letter can be used as supporting documentation when applying for a visa through the relevant authorities. If a participant's visa application is denied, the conference registration fee will be fully refunded.
